Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead or support complex studies, accountable for the clinical and scientific execution of protocols. The role acts as the primary clinical contact for scientific questions with internal and external stakeholders, including sites and IRBs.

Responsibilities span medical monitoring, trial design collaboration, and governance input, with mentorship to junior CSs and support for publications and trial communications.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and resolving study data issues and queries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to motivate and lead a team and delegate where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support studies, accountable for clinical/scientific execution of the protocol.
• Serve as clinical point of contact for scientific issues with stakeholders.
• Lead Medical Monitoring activities and develop the Medical Monitoring Plan.
• Collaborate on trial design, governance, and CSAU/CSR-related outputs.
• Provide scientific input to data management and EDC/CRF activities.
