This role involves supporting clinical trial strategies, planning, execution, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing clinical protocols, analyzing safety and efficacy data, and contributing to regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan clinical studies aligned with company goals
• Support clinical teams with scientific research and literature review
• Review and interpret clinical trial data for safety and efficacy
• Assist in regulatory and study documentation
• Participate in key meetings and cross-functional collaborations

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field (M.Sc., Ph.D. preferred)
• 5-8 years of clinical development experience in pharma
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $156,750 - $173,250, commensurate with experience. Benefits include bonuses, stock options, 401(k), health coverage, and paid time off.
