The Opportunity

This role supports clinical trial strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. Responsibilities include working with the Program Team Lead to execute trials according to the development plan, developing clinical protocols, analyzing safety and efficacy data, and contributing to study documents and regulatory submissions.

What You Will Contribute
  • Assist in planning and designing clinical studies aligned with company goals
  • Provide scientific support through literature review, interpretation, and evaluation of technologies
  • Review and interpret clinical trial data, including efficacy and safety analyses
  • Support Study Medical Monitor in lab tracking and communication with site staff
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to translate protocols into operational plans
  • Contribute to writing and revising clinical documents for regulatory purposes
  • Participate in key meetings such as study team meetings, investigator meetings, and site visits
What We Seek
  • Advanced degree in life sciences or related field; M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred
  • 5-8+ years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in data review, summarization, and presentation
  • Understanding of drug development processes including preclinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and clinical operations
  • Proven ability to analyze and present clinical data to inform decisions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with global studies and rare diseases is a plus
What We Will Provide

The salary range for this role is $156,750 - $173,250, commensurate with experience and skills. We offer competitive benefits, including bonuses, stock options, 401(k), comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and professional development programs.
