Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Risk Manager to lead enterprise risk activities at St. Joseph's North & BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel. The role requires RN experience and a nursing degree, with preferred JD. You will support disclosure processes, investigations, and regulatory readiness in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field required.
• Doctorate Juris Doctor preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CPHRM, CPSO, ARM, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities, including event management and regulatory readiness.
• Provide risk reduction recommendations to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Access patient records as needed to perform duties and support leadership disclosures.
• Investigate allegations of sexual misconduct and report per requirements.
• Demonstrate Florida Statute competencies in practice.
