Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital seeks a Senior Clinical Research Training and Compliance Coordinator to lead education and compliance across the organization. You will conduct audits, report findings, and improve QA/QC metrics with leadership. A strong background in clinical research and staff training is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required.
• CCRC or CCRP certification required.
• Three years clinical research experience required.
• Two years training or auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements clinical research education training both within the assigned research unit and throughout the NCH campus.
• Works with research leadership to establish onboarding/orientation process for all new hires and evaluate effectiveness for compliance.
• Provides guidance on Federal Regulations, GCP, and IRB policy; identifies conflicts with requirements.
• Develops risk assessment and QA/QC program needs; makes recommendations and implements changes.
• Collaborates to ensure compliance procedures and maintains QA/QC metrics with quarterly reporting.
