Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, SOCRA/ACRP certification eligibility, and strong leadership, data quality, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of FDA and IRB regulations required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Advanced understanding of medical terminology required.

• Organizes, analyzes and prioritizes workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversees orientation and day-to-day supervision and continuing professional development of team members in clinical research.
• Ensures all clinical research trials meet protocol obligations and regulatory requirements (GCP/IRB).
• Manages a study portfolio, coordinates subject visits, and monitors data quality and safety.
• Provides guidance on regulatory/IRB issues and supports study start-up, enrollment, and documentation.
• Onboards and trains new hires and assists with performance management.
