Mansioni

• Oversees orientation, day to day supervision and continuing professional development of team members in clinical research.
• Ensures trials are conducted safely, compliant with protocol, GCP, and SOPs.
• Manages a study portfolio, coordinates subject visits and data collection per protocol; ensures subject safety and protocol adherence.
• Provides regulatory/IRB support for the team after study initiation by sponsor.
• Monitors data quality and coaches team through all phases of research implementation.
• Onboards and trains new hires and assists with performance management.
