Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of project coordination or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of cGCP and clinical research processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement study protocols and project plans.
• Train Research Assistants and Project Coordinators on protocols.
• Assist with study budgets and track hours/expenses.
• Manage daily operations, IRB submissions, and recruitment.
• Prepare reports for sponsors and regulators when needed.
• Support data analysis and ensure documentation is current.
