Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or closely related discipline.

• Equivalent experience (Min 10+ yrs) and some education will be considered.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans to achieve program goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams from Concept through Product Launch phases.
• Meet program development requirements, cost, quality and time-to-market objectives.
• Analyze complex problems including project risks and identify impact.
• Ensure timely documentation per standards and compliance with EHS and Quality System.
