Goldbelt Apex, LLC seeks a Senior Clinical Research Program Manager to support the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) CID in Portsmouth, VA. This role serves as the Clinical Program Manager and Government-designated Key Personnel for the contract.

The Program Manager provides scientific leadership, regulatory guidance, and day-to-day supervision of multidisciplinary contractor personnel, overseeing human-subject and animal research and ensuring compliance with IRB/IACUC protocols and DoD/DHA

Qualifikationen

• Post-doctoral or medical degree in a biological/health science with 3+ years of relevant research experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant research experience including IRB/IACUC exposure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical research programs and supervising contractor personnel.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and supervision of contractor personnel supporting NMCP clinical and scientific research activities.
• Serve as the contractor's primary day-to-day management representative with authority on operational matters.
• Support IRB/IACUC-regulated studies and regulatory compliance across the research lifecycle.
