Job summary

Paycom recruits an Experienced Research Nurse to mentor, train, and lead a growing private practice research department in Arizona/Peoria. You will oversee complex therapeutic trials, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with PIs, Sub-Is, and study teams.

The role requires 4–6 years of clinical trials experience, RN licensure, and proficiency with EMR/CTMS systems. Urology experience is preferred, with strong focus on study execution, patient safety, and accurate

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the applicable state.
• 4–6 years of experience conducting complex therapeutic area clinical trials.
• Urology experience preferred.
• ACRP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Clinical Research Coordinators I/II, Research Assistants and Interns.
• Lead recruitment and consent processes with central recruitment support.
• Ensure adherence to FDA, GCP, ICH, and other regulations; maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee data collection, source documentation and visit reporting.
• Coordinate multi-site trials; manage sponsor and IRB communications.
• Work with EMR and CTMS for study data and compliance.
