Job summary

United Urology Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee end-to-end clinical trials across urology-focused research, ensuring GCP compliance, staff oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with administration and sponsors.

You will develop training programs for CRCs, manage budgeting and invoicing, coordinate regulatory documents, and provide regular progress reports to the Research Committee. Requires 5+ years in clinical research and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in clinical research with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience managing clinical trials and teams, preferably in urology or related specialty.
• Strong understanding of GCP, regulations, and biomedical ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of clinical trials, including protocol preparation and monitoring plans.
• Oversee study staff, training, and SOP compliance across sites.
• Coordinate budgeting, billing, and sponsor contract reconciliation.
• Maintain regulatory documents and data entry in trial files.
• Provide regular progress reports to Administration and the Research Committee.
