Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support, facilitate and coordinate daily clinical trial activities under the direction of the Site Manager and Principal Investigator. The CRC will manage participant visits, data collection, source documentation, and sponsor relations, ensuring adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least five years of clinical research coordinating experience, preferably with phlebotomy and urology exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research coordinating experience.
• Experience in phlebotomy preferred.
• Experience in Urology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of reference for study participants and inform them of study progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sponsors, study participants, Site Manager and PI.
• Manage day-to-day study activities including problem solving and protocol management.
• Provide administrative oversight such as reviewing timecards and visit scheduling.
• Ensure safety data is reviewed by the PI in a timely manner.
• Oversee end-to-end trials including visits, data collection, and sponsor relations.
• Build and promote the research department in scope and reputation.
