Job summary

University of Cincinnati is seeking a Clinical Research Manager Sr to oversee NIH-funded studies in neurology and rehabilitation medicine. The role manages study start-up, maintenance, and close-out with a regulatory team, leads IRB submissions, and oversees site activation and changes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-site observational studies.
• Experience running clinical trials and regulatory work.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NIH-funded studies with a centralized regulatory team.
• Oversee direct reports and study/program progress across sites.
• Lead IRB submissions, site activation/close-out, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance, safety reporting, and CAPA processes across sites.
• Provide coverage for team as needed.
