University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine, seeks a full-time Clinical Research Manager Sr. to oversee NIH-funded multi-site studies in stroke genetics and multi-omics.

The role focuses on coordination of investigators, staff, regulatory compliance, and site management at multiple levels. The position supports IRB submissions, CAPA processes, REDCap eConsent, and safety surveillance, with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days on-site, 1 day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nine years of relevant work experience or equivalent training.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience required.
• Experience in academic or clinical settings and running clinical trials is a plus.
• RN/BSN and SoCRA/ACRP certification considered favorable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of NIH-funded epidemiological studies with multi-site coordination.
• Supervise daily functions of direct reports and track progress of studies/programs.
• Manage IRB submissions and site activation/closure processes across sites.
• Ensure IRB compliance, regulatory documents, and data management for trials.
• Support REDCap eConsent management and safety surveillance; drive CAPA process.
• Provide coverage for direct reports as needed.
