Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
• Clinical Research experience: 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary liaison to the PI in developing plans for clinical research projects and coordinates multi-site studies.
• Manages protocol startup, study launch, regulatory documents, and ensures compliance with IRB requirements.
• Supervises clinical research coordinators and staff; trains new team members; participates in site visits and monitor/audit coordination.
• Contributes to manuscript preparation and grant proposals; analyzes data and presents progress to stakeholders.
