Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within hire date or per department policy.
• Clinical Research experience: 4 years, lead position: 1 year.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates complex and multi-center clinical research studies.
• Mentors and directs the research program team with ethics and integrity.
• Prepares budgets, grant proposals, and study protocols; interfaces with PI and investigators.
