Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a clinical research professional to oversee and coordinate complex studies, ensuring Regulatory compliance and smooth operation across sites. The role supports budget reporting, invoicing, and site visits by monitors and auditors.

The candidate works with the PI to develop plans for research projects, ensures IRB compliance, and may participate in hiring and training of staff, serving as a subject matter expert for protocol questions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Certifications/Professional Licenses: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association or American Red Cross; SOCRA/ACRP certifications preferred.
• Work Experience: Clinical Research 3+ years.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate complex or multi-site clinical research studies and support regulatory compliance.
• Assist in budget review and invoicing; monitor billing and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate site visits by monitors and auditors; provide guidance to clinical research staff.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigator to develop plans, assess feasibility, cost and workload for new trials.
