Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator CTO to independently coordinate multiple studies within the Clinical Trials Office. You will ensure compliant conduct, manage enrollment, data entry, and regulatory submissions, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires advanced knowledge of study protocols, CTMS usage, and strong communication with investigators, sponsors, and IRBs in a dynamic pediatric research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of research experience (or 9 years alternative)
• SOCRA or ACRP certification required within 16 months in position
• BSN and/or current RN licensure strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Experience with CTMS, data management, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject-matter expert for compliant conduct of assigned studies.
• Facilitates communication between investigators and coordinators on technical matters.
• Oversees study conduct and data collection for startup activities.
• Oversees collection, maintenance, and reporting of patient data for submissions and specimen shipments.
• Registers and enrolls research participants and tracks enrollment.
• Aggregates, trends, and reports study and enrollment data for management.
