Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years of research experience (OR 9 years).
• SOCRA or ACRP certification required within 16 months in position.
• BSN preferred and RN licensure strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple clinical studies with oversight from a Research CTO.
• Recruit, screen, consent, enroll participants; manage data and documentation.
• Regulatory compliance, IRB submissions, and protocol adherence.
• Mentor and guide Coordinators and staff; ensure study start-up readiness.
• Maintain CTMS data accuracy and generate enrollment/CTA reports.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
