Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and coordinator for the rural NIH-funded study across 3 sites, overseeing coordinators and raters and leading outreach and recruitment.
• Provide quality checks for data, supervise personnel, and input protocol issues and updates.
• Collect and provide feedback to scientists on performance metrics and ensure protocol compliance; prepare reports.
• Assist with community outreach, recruitment, and project metrics; support retention of participants.
• Perform basic medical duties (vitals, ECGs) and participate in monitoring visits and site initiation visits.
• Create systems to track metrics and cohorts and report on metrics.
