Job summary

Irvine Clinical Research is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator for our West Coast network. The successful candidate will manage Phase II/III trials, ensure data integrity, and uphold patient safety across site operations.

Ideal applicants have 2–4+ years of trial coordination experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRIO eSource, CTMS, and EDC platforms. The role is in-person at our Los Angeles area site.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Experience with CNS/Neurology or Psychiatry trials is a plus.
• Familiarity with GCP and FDA regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary or co-coordinator for Phase II/III trials from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Coordinate patient visits, screenings, and imaging as needed.
• Enter and manage study data in eSource, CTMS, and EDC systems.
