• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (IRB) and clinical trial protocols is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of study implementation from startup to close-out.
• Lead protocol implementation, SOPs/MOPs development, and staff training.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely data entry, and regular data auditing/cleaning.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and engagement activities.
• Manage informed consent processes, regulatory submissions, and adverse event reporting.
