Job summary

ICON Accellacare is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator Nurse to join our Salisbury, NC team onsite. The CRC Nurse will perform protocol-driven clinical procedures, collect and document patient data, and support patient recruitment and enrollment while ensuring trial quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Nursing degree (LPN required, RN preferred), strong GCP knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• LPN license required; RN preferred.
• Experience in clinical research coordination is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct trial procedures per protocol requirements.
• Perform clinical procedures as ordered by the investigator (venipuncture, vitals, ECG, etc.).
• Collect and document patient data accurately.
• Assist in patient recruitment, screening and enrollment processes.
• Provide nursing care and support to trial participants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality data collection and protocol compliance.
