Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years of directly related experience, or Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Study Conduct/Clinical Research Practice — maintain awareness of status of active studies; arrange facilities and supplies; ensure participant and study compliance; train staff to collect samples; ensure proper logging, handling and storage of specimens.
• Regulatory Compliance and Documentation — prepare, submit and maintain all regulatory submissions; participate in audits and inspections; ensure regulatory activities are documented and compliant.
• Recruitment/Enrollment/Retention — identify potential participants; manage tracking; obtain informed consent; coordinate with clinical teams and sponsors.
• Communication — compose and organize correspondence; liaise with internal departments and external partners; maintain study-related rapport.
• Data Management — create CRFs; ensure data quality; enter data into databases; support data validation and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field AND 1+ years of directly related experience OR Master's degree in a related field
