Job summary

CRCs may coordinate participant recruitment and enrollment, conduct study visits, manage regulatory documentation, collect and process research specimens, oversee study data, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, public health, psychology, or related field and at least one year of related work experience OR a Master's degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day research study activities.
• Recruiting, screening, consenting, and retaining study participants.
• Scheduling and conducting study visits.
• Maintaining research records and source documentation.
• Managing regulatory submissions and study approvals.
• Entering and validating study data in electronic databases.
• Collaborating with investigators, sponsors, clinical teams, and research participants.

CRCs may coordinate participant recruitment and enrollment, conduct study visits, manage regulatory documentation, collect and process research specimens, oversee study data, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, public health, psychology, or related field AND at least one year of related work experience OR a Master's degree
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
