Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, psychology, public health, health sciences, neuroscience, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, schedules, documentation, or administrative processes.
• Experience working with patients, families, customers, clients, students, or community members.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day research study activities.
• Recruiting, screening, scheduling, and retaining study participants.
• Supporting informed consent and participant education activities.
• Collecting, entering, and maintaining study data and documentation.
• Maintaining regulatory files and research records.
• Assisting with IRB submissions and compliance activities.
• Communicating with participants, families, investigators, and study teams.
• Monitoring study progress and ensuring protocol adherence.
• Supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Learning and applying research policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
