Job summary

UC Irvine's Center for Clinical Research (CCR) seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to lead day-to-day trial execution, data collection and regulatory compliance. You will work across phase I–IV protocols, recruit participants, maintain records, and ensure sponsor communications are timely and accurate.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English communication, and experience with clinical trial management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organization and data management skills.
• Experience coordinating human subjects research and IRB submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned clinical trials across multiple phases.
• Coordinate data collection, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit patients, screen participants and manage enrollment goals.
• Maintain study records and ensure adherence to FDA, GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Collaborate with investigators, staff and sponsor monitors; report progress.
