Novotech is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to safeguard participant rights and ensure accurate, complete trial data. You will act as the primary liaison between Investigational Sites, Novotech, and Sponsors, ensuring trials meet ICH GCP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include building site relationships, preparing essential documents, supporting regulatory submissions, and monitoring sites across all phases.

Qualificações

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field.
• Experience levels vary by CRA tier: CRA II 1–2 years, CRA III 2–3 years, Sr CRA 4+ years.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficient computer skills and good documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with Principal Investigators and site staff to manage trials efficiently.
• Foster internal and external customer relationships to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare site essential documents and support ethics/regulatory submissions as needed.
• Understand regulatory requirements and ensure trial compliance per local/global standards.
• Drive site recruitment and engagement and update site recruitment plans.
• Monitor investigational sites per ICH GCP and CMP across all study phases.
