Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to be regionally aligned across the US. This role focuses on site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, with a balance of on-site and remote activities to ensure GCP compliance.

The successful candidate will support site teams, verify consent processes, data integrity, and contribute to audit readiness. Travel up to 75% is anticipated to manage multiple sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote), ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Evaluates site performance and staff, communicates issues to the project team, and develops action plans.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and SOPs; verifies informed consent processes and patient confidentiality.
• Conducts Source Document Review and ensures accurate CRF data entry; facilitates query resolution.
• Supports patient recruitment, retention, and awareness strategies; tracks observations and actions to resolution.
