Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to work regionally across the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors at sites.
• Assesses site processes; conducts Source Document Review; ensures accuracy and completeness of CRF data; drives query resolution to closure.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security; ensures proper labelling, import/export per protocol.
• Routinely reviews ISF for accuracy and archiving per local guidelines; supports subject recruitment and data tracking.
• Manages site-level activities, budgets, timelines; adapts to changing priorities to meet objectives.
• Acts as liaison with study site personnel; ensures training and compliance of site team.
• Prepares for and attends Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in global project meetings and trainings.
• Provides guidance toward audit readiness and supports follow-up actions.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP guidance and company SOPs; completes required trainings.
• In Real World Late Phase, performs Site Management Associate II duties including site support, chart abstraction, collaboration with sponsor affiliates, and potential training of junior staff.
