Job summary

Syneos Health is looking for an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their team in Idaho. The CRA will be responsible for site qualification, monitoring compliance, and ensuring regulatory adherence while managing site-level activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, along with solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, site initiation, and monitoring activities ensuring compliance.
• Verify informed consent has been adequately documented for each subject.
• Assess site processes, including Source Document Review and compliance.
• Document activities through confirmation letters, trip reports, and other project documents.
• Act as primary liaison with study site personnel and manage site-level activities.
