Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is looking for an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to perform site qualification and management while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to manage travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management, and close-out visits ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Verify the process of obtaining informed consent has been adequately performed.
• Assess site processes and conduct Source Document Review.
• Document activities via follow-up letters, trip reports, and other required project documents.
• Manage site-level activities and communications to ensure project objectives are met.
