Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for remote work with frequent travel (60-80%). The role supports clinical monitoring and site management, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and approved protocols across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN certification.
Minimum 2+ years as a clinical research monitor.
Valid driver's license where applicable.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based monitoring approach and identify site process failures.
Ensure data accuracy through source data review, source document verification, and CRF review.
Assess investigational products via inventory and records review and document observations.
Escalate deficiencies to clinical management and ensure resolution.
Maintain regular contact with investigative sites for protocol adherence and timely issue resolution.
Contribute to trial status updates to the Clinical Team Manager.
Ensure study systems are updated and perform quality checks in the CTMS.
Participate in investigator meetings and identify qualified sites.
