Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a contract role based in Denver, CO, with 60–80% travel and 100% remote work. The position supports monitoring and site management to ensure regulatory compliance under ICH-GCP, with rapid conversion possibilities to permanent roles.

W2 or 1099 options are available. The candidate should have a life sciences degree or RN certification and at least 2 years of CRA experience, strong data handling, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or RN certification is required.
Minimum 2+ years of clinical research monitoring experience.
Proficiency with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Monitor investigator sites using risk-based monitoring and RCA.
Verify data through source data review and CRF reviews.
Assess investigational products via inventory and records review.
Escalate deficiencies to clinical management and ensure resolution.
Maintain ongoing communication with investigative sites for protocol adherence.
Perform monitoring tasks per the monitoring plan and support investigator payments.
Provide trial status updates to the Clinical Team Manager.
Update study systems and perform QC on CTMS reports.
Participate in investigator meetings and identify potential sites.
Initiate clinical trial sites per procedures for compliance.
Ensure essential documents are complete per ICH-GCP.
Support publications/tools and share improvement ideas.
Facilitate communication between sites, client, and project team.
Respond to regulatory requests, audits, and inspections.
Complete expense reports and timesheets promptly.
