Job summary

Syneos Health in Columbus is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support regionally aligned studies across the US. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, data verification and ensuring ICH-GCP compliance, with travel up to 75% as needed.

You will collaborate with site staff and investigators, manage documentation, and contribute to study timelines and quality. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits in compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects patient confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF/TMF documents and ensures audit readiness and data integrity.
• Supports recruitment, retention and data tracking; communicates with project team and site staff.
• Manages travel requirements up to 75% and coordinates with sponsor and country staff.
