Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior CRA I to oversee site monitoring and site management for clinical studies. You will ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory guidelines, and project plans, acting as lead monitor on limited scope projects and providing guidance to junior staff.

The role requires strong monitoring, data integrity focus, and Travel 60-80% as part of daily responsibilities. A life sciences degree with 3+ years of CRA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years clinical research experience in pharma or CRO.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Regulatory knowledge including global considerations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study sites including routine monitoring and closeout.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety per SOPs/guidelines.
• Lead monitoring for protocols or projects as assigned.
• Prepare trip reports and manage budgets with investigators.
• Coordinate with vendors and sites, and train junior staff.
