• Conducts data extraction, analyses, and presentations to support quality improvement; performs statistical analyses and creates charts, graphs, and summaries.
• Develops and utilizes quality improvement performance metrics; collaborates with stakeholders to set practical, approved metrics.
• Facilitates development of quality improvement initiatives; applies Lean/Six-Sigma concepts and updates milestones and documentation.
• Serves as SME for quality improvement processes and regulations; ensures compliance, delivers educational programs, and supports regulatory audits.
• Delivers stakeholder development and performance reviews; provides coaching and training on process improvements for quality programs.
• Supports readiness for regulatory reviews and liaison activities with applicable government and regulatory agencies.
