Job summary

BetterHelp, the world’s largest online therapy service, seeks a QA lead for Clinical AI to ensure safety, accuracy, and ethical alignment of AI outputs. You will build QA frameworks and monitoring systems, guiding pre- and post-production evaluations with clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work with clinical background in mental health.
• Familiarity with AI in healthcare and knowledge of emerging AI regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize QA frameworks for AI tools, including testing protocols, evaluation rubrics, and monitoring systems.
• Conduct pre- and post-production evaluation of AI outputs for clinical safety, accuracy, and bias, ensuring alignment with therapeutic, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze QA findings and trends to generate actionable Clinical AI QA reporting and drive continuous improvements.
