Job summary

Lexitas Pharma Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a purpose-driven Project Coordinator to support study management, maintain essential trial documentation, and assist with study start-up and coordination.

You will mentor Project Specialists, manage CTMS, draft PM plans and reports, monitor timelines and budgets, coordinate vendor setup and communications, and ensure regulatory compliance across study activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in the science/health care field, or nursing degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of clinical research coordinating experience or experience working in a CRO, pharma, or biotech company is preferred.
• Experience working with eTMF and EDC systems is preferred.
• Capable of performing job responsibilities with minimal training and oversight; able to mentor junior CRCs.

Responsibilities

• Set up internal and sponsor meetings, create agendas and minutes (Kick off and Investigator Meetings).
• CTMS setup and maintenance; draft PMP, RMP, eTMF Plan and other PM plans.
• Draft project status and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project team training and compliance.
• Draft forecasting and revenue units/activities each month (budgets, hours/visits, invoicing).
• Notify Marketing to administer Customer Satisfaction surveys.
• Set up and update project timelines with input from the PM.
