Job summary

ProTrials Research, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Project Manager to lead study operations from planning through completion. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, monitoring, site and vendor management, and data collection, while ensuring adherence to GCP and study plans.

You will mentor team members, communicate with sponsors and stakeholders, manage risk, and drive plan development. The ideal candidate has RN or higher in biological sciences, strong leadership, and proficiency in Word,

Qualifications

• RN or Bachelor and/or advanced degree in biological sciences or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education or training and previous CRA experience
• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven effectiveness as a team leader
• Prior experience successfully managing multifaceted studies from inception through implementation and completion
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical study operations, providing strategic/tactical planning, organization, and direction of study project(s) including oversight of timelines, reports, budgets, monitoring, site and vendor management, clinical supplies, and data collection
• Foster clear, timely communication between sponsor, study team, and other functional groups
• Mentor study team members and support professional development
• Provide proper financial oversight of study budget with CM and Finance Department
• Collaborate with senior management to provide study updates, resourcing needs, sponsor issues, and health status
• Drive development, maintenance, and distribution of project plans (monitoring, communication, etc.)
• Manage studies in compliance with GCP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and project plans
• Assess resourcing needs to ensure adequate study resources
• Manage study risks and escalate issues as needed
• Assess training needs for team members and implement training plans
• Delegate responsibilities with appropriate tools/resources
• Monitor progress and adjust timelines with sponsor approval
• Oversee activities of outside vendors and ensure communication with team and sponsor
