Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program on a sponsor-dedicated/remote US basis. You will lead end-to-end study execution, oversee vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study delivery.

This role emphasizes hands-on management of Phase 2b efforts, strategic oversight with tactical execution, and strong accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• Experience in inflammation studies
• Strong CRO/vendor oversight
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from study start-up through database lock and closeout
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
• Maintain deep operational awareness across all aspects of the trial
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement rapid operational solutions
• Lead vendor management activities and oversee external partners and CROs
• Conduct cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and strong follow-up
• Draft, review, and coordinate key study documents and budgets
