Premier Research is seeking a Project Manager II to join our Specialty team. You will lead the execution of moderate to large clinical trials across regions, translating science into medicines and diagnostics.

As PM II you will coordinate Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs teams, manage budgets and timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders. We value collaboration, integrity, and excellence, offering growth opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological or science-related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Pharmaceutical/medical device/CRO/academic research experience a plus
• Experience leading teams
• Experience reporting to and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing timelines
• Experience managing budgets

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project team members across functional areas such as Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs/Safety
• Ensure adherence to project budget and scope to realize profitability
• Ensure all project tasks align with project plans and Premier Research processes
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through status and progress reports
• Ensure compliance for project-related training
• Ensure adequate resourcing to meet milestones and deliverables
