Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 7+ years clinical research experience; at least 4 years in project management.
  • Strong understanding of ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements, and global drug development processes.
  • Experience managing small to medium, multi-country, and/or multi-regional clinical studies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and scope changes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, ICH‑GCP guidelines, SOPs, and study‑specific requirements.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development and bid defense presentations.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, budget management, and scope change management.
  • Mentor and support the development of project team members while fostering collaboration across functions and regions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and promoting best practices.

This role is designed for established project leaders who can combine operational excellence, strategic thinking, and strong client partnership skills to lead complex clinical studies from start‑up through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and scope changes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,400.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
