Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for inflammation studies in a sponsor-dedicated remote role in the U.S. You will drive end-to-end trial execution, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee vendors to ensure study milestones are met.

The role requires strong leadership, comprehensive lifecycle management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience within clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b inflammation studies.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to independently drive study execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up through closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead vendor management and oversight of external partners and CROs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure accountability across teams.
• Draft, review, and coordinate key study documents.
