Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to drive clinical study delivery, liaising with clinical teams to meet contract obligations and SOPs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage TMF activities, and oversee risk, quality, and financial outcomes.

The role focuses on coordinating study plans, ensuring timely milestones, and maintaining strong client communications across the sponsor and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 1+ years project management.
• Experience working within the Veeva Vault TMF.
• Strong written and verbal English; good presentation skills.
• Experience delivering clinical studies per SOPs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee study closure and archival activities.
• Coordinate and support TMF transfers and migrations.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Support study teams with Investigator Site File questions.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress against contract and present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and lead problem solving and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary or backup contact with customers and vendors as needed.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery.
• Ensure the financial success of the project.
