Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of global MedTech clinical studies supporting medical devices. You will serve as the primary contact for sponsors and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

The role involves strategic leadership across multi-country programs, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful study outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience with 4+ years in clinical PM.
• Experience leading global MedTech or medical device studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of global MedTech clinical studies.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact and maintain client relationships.
• Develop study timelines, budgets, forecasts, and risk plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and objectives.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with operations, data management, biostatistics, and regulatory teams.
• Manage study finances including forecasting, scope, and change orders.
• Support bids and business development for new opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and share best practices across teams.
• Mentor junior PMs and clinical operations staff.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to sponsors.
