Job summary

Alira Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee clinical study execution, ensuring compliance with protocol scope, timelines, and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and the Clinical team to drive milestones and deliver high-quality study documentation. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of clinical operations, IWRS/IXRS, data management, and regulatory oversight.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an undergraduate program (life sciences or related discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO with at least 5 years clinical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical research studies to ensure adherence to scope, budget, ICH GCP, and FDA regulations within timelines.
• Serves as study lead and primary sponsor contact.
• Manages clinical study functions including IWRS/IXRS, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, central lab.
• Generates and presents study status updates and reports to sponsor.
• Supervises Clinical team members and provides guidance to CPMs.
