Job summary

Alira Health Boston, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee clinical study execution, ensure adherence to ICH GCP and FDA regulations, and serve as the main liaison for sponsors and vendors. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive milestones across studies.

The role requires a strong background in pharma/biotech/CRO with 5+ years of clinical PM experience, excellent communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO with at least 5 years in clinical PM.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical research studies in line with scope, budget, ICH GCP, and FDA regs.
• Acts as study lead and primary sponsor contact; communicates with sponsors/vendors.
• Oversees study functions including data management, statistics, and pharmacovigilance.
• Prepares status updates, reports, and manages TMF reviews as needed.
• Drives team collaboration and ensures milestones are met.
