Job summary

Alira Health Boston, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee clinical study implementation, collaborating with Clinical teams and sponsors. You will ensure studies comply with ICH GCP, FDA regulations, and timelines, while leading a cross-functional team including Clinical Assistants and Associates.

The role requires BS in life sciences, 3 years in pharma/biotech/CRO with at least 1 year in management, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in pharma/biotech/CRO with 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies to ensure adherence to scope, budget, ICH GCP, and FDA regulations.
• Serve as study lead and primary sponsor contact.
• Generate status updates and sponsor reports.
• Train and supervise Associate PMs and clinical staff.
• Prepare trial documents and ensure timely milestones.
• Manage TMF and participate in audits/inspections.
